Please use the search function. It's simple, really. Just type in "Xmarks tent" and you can easily find the answer you're looking for. Here's a post from Steve which covers this topic...again.

When I posted this thread, however, I didn't mean for the Xmarks tent to be viewed as a clan tent, but a simple unified location for members of xmarks as well as prospective members. I was thinking it would be more mingled with the vendor tents. Either way, thanks for all the input. Thread can be closed/deleted if need be. Thanks.

Somehow I don't see most games organizing committee's placing such a tent with the vendors -- it's a really a case of "neither fish, flesh nor fowl".
I think the precedent of informally gathering at a member's clan tent, or at the beer tent, is a good one.

I've made this joke before, in other contexts, but in Ontario such a tent would otherwise be known as "The Beer Tent." Anyway, don't take too much heart at preceived sarcasms-I humbly submit that experience has shown me that things come across more harshly in print than is generally intended.
