I think that one needs to be very careful how one reads a picture. It is what it is for sure, but any further conclusions to be drawn from it, is pure conjecture.
The only conclusion I wish to draw from the photo is whether I've been misguided in my belief that the pockets of a converted jacket sit too low. They are usually about an inch to an inch-and-a-half lower than those on modern kilt jackets, but trends come and go. I'm just trying to make informed conclusions. No harm intended.
