Repairing a sash
I have a tartan sash, borrowed from my gran, and I've noticed that there is one edge which has the hem pulling away on two corners. How do I go about fixing this without losing any symmetry to the tartan?
Pictures, if that helps.

The best option would probably be to pull the warp threads out, up to where the damage ends and then purl the long yarns into a nice fringe.
