Tested the fit with hose on. Good to go!
However... I noticed the brand new hose were unraveling at the very top.
Sent an e-mail to the vendor who responded within a half hour, letting me know that they will send me a replacement pair.
Delighted the shoes are good to go and it looks as though the unfortunate spot of bother with the hose will be sorted out soonest. Have fun!
