I thought I might share an excellent link I found yesterday (thanks to bull***t aggregator site BoingBoing)...

Seems that another H.P. Lovecraft fanatic who goes by the alias Cthulhu Chick has been busy at work compiling a free eBook version of a complete anthology of Lovecraft's works since 1917 (which of course would include The Call of Cthulhu).

I did not know this myself, because any search I've ever done for Lovecraft's works has resulted in books for purchase, but nothing free. As it turns out, however, Lovecraft wasn't much of a businessman and although I cannot say whether or not he died intestate (<--- word of the day... it means without a will), there were no heirs to his intellectual property so these works ARE in the public domain now.

So for his fans and newbies alike; for those who have always wanted to read his fiction but didn't want to shell out any money, here is a 100% legal, 100% free eBook that will work with anything that can handle EPUB and MOBI formats (that means Kindle, Nook, iPhone, iPad, among others).

Enjoy! :-)
