Where can I find this kilt pin for sale
I'm looking for a new pin, and I've seen this one in another thread, and on the Gaelic Themes site that they make it, but I cannot seem to find it online for sale to individuals. Anyone have any leads? Send me a PM if you know where I could get hold of one. Thanks!

I believe that Tartanweb and Gaelic Themes may be related. Tartanweb has a large selection but I did not see "Machine" listed. Give them a call they may be able to help out.
Good luck!

If you try any of the StKilda retail sites, I am sure that they would either have it or get it in for you. I know the Australia store will get anything thing you need from Gaelic Themes

Email them, ask for a price. They'll sell you one. Simple as that.

What you show is a cap badge, which is generally too heavy to use as a kilt pin.

Different folks, different strokes, I beg to differ if I may. I have a couple of these and they work fine as kilt pins for me. Not to everyone's taste I'm sure but I don't find these "Gaelic Themes" produced badges too heavy.

I find it ironic that this badge is referred to as a Machine Clan Badge.
It seems it would go with the MacHinery tartan (the name of which is a joke, a pun on machinery).
The wording (Illegitimus non carborundum) is familiar from way back. It translates from the dog Latin as: “Don’t let the bastards grind you down.”
Regards,
Mike
PS: Personally I prefer to write it as Illegitimati (plural).
