Congrats! That's something to be very proud of. My Brother-in-law was also Piping with the Band yesterday in D.C. Thanks very much for posting the picture from the Capitol steps.

The photo that I posted is a tight crop of one of the photos that Dave took. All of his photos actually have all the members of the band right to the bottom of the steps, so, if you can find out where your brother-in-law was standing on the steps, let me know, and Dave can do a different crop that shows your brother (if he's not already in the posted pic). Just PM me, and I'll email you a photo.
