When Alice and I return to Charleston, I would HAPPILY drive up to the Scottish Tartans Museum for a day/weekend to get a kilt made. I don't even have one, but they are beautiful.
I would recommend the trip or a phone call. Better than taking a risk on an unknown supplier. Assuming there is even anyone in Hilton Head anyway.
