That's only if you work there. No beards, and moustaches aren't supposed to go past the end of your mouth on each side (no Fu Man Chu style).
Guests can have beards like ZZ Top, and often do.
I work at Disneyland (the original one in California) and I see kilts all the time. Just day before yesterday in fact, a guy with a shiny black Utilikilt. We see them so often that they don't engender much reaction from anybody.
From what I see (tens of thousands of the "general public" every day) Utilikilts are very popular here on the Left Coast. I see dozens of Utilikilts for every traditional kilt. Usually the Utilikilt wearers are young men from the Pacific Northwest.
About Disneyland being expensive, yes it's amazing how much ticket prices have gone up from when I started there ($15). Any Xmarkers visiting Anaheim contact me and I'll probably be able to hook you up.
