In all I would say that you look fine. As mentioned, the apron is wonky; the hose seem to be new and are a little loose; if you hadn't mentioned the ties I wouldn't have noticed; the sporran seems a little light-coloured for that tartan but that is a matter of taste. I might want to take the belt buckle to the back (minor detail). Your hose might be a bit high (sorry Spartan Tartan), you want some distance between the hose and the bottom of the knee - maybe a hand-span.
It looks like you may have the kilt a little tight. The centre line of the tartan is waving at the top. My kiltmaker has told me that this is not supposed to happen. Since I've loosened off one hole on the buckle the kilt has been comfortable, secure, and aligned.
Over all, you look great.
