Both tweed jackets would go with your tartan, try to get out of the matchy matchy syndrome, I have 2 brown patterned day jackets, neither of the have any colours that are present in my kits, MacLaren and Paterson tartans (mainly blue/green with red, white, yellow stripes) I have worn the jackets for years with no comments that they are wrong for the tartans.
Try to have a look at photos on the forum of games being held in the Highlands and you will see all manner of of jacket colours being worn with different coloured tartans. All the best in getting together your kilting wardrobe
