Well, Im back and better than ever!

    Hey Rabble!

After about six-months of soul searching, living better and eating well I have found my way back to XMTS.

I went from 315 lbs to my in progress weight of 260 lbs. As you might imagine, now the kilts don't fit. Guess that mens I get to buy new kilts!

I will send my Kathy Lare kilt for an adjustment, but the rest of the UKs and Stillwaters have to move on.

    How goes everyones health journey?

Wow! That is an impressive weight drop! I'm new since you "wandered off" but am still happy to welcome you back.

My favorite kilt-maker is Kathy Lare -- which is real nice since she's local to me

Very nice! Now the REALLY hard yet worthwhile part...keeping it off! All the best, mate. I know how tough that can be.
