PS: Brandon, you might also want to look at tartans associated with your side of the Atlantic. There are US national tartans (all unofficial) and not a few state tartans.
Illinois, unfortunately, does not have a state tartan, but its St Andrews Society does.
But there are other US and North American possibilities, too.
And since you mention motorcycles, there are several bike tartans, too, including Harley Davidson.

I will check on all these suggestions. The Tartan with my last name was registered in 1998 for "the (my last name) family" . So I may have to look into it more.

If you can't find the tartan stocked by a mill. I am sure you could get it weaved pending it doesn't have any restrictions.

Choose your favourite pattern an colour etc. Clanb associations are silly, and most people don't care about such things here in Scotland
