My offer to pick up some parts on my way to visit is still open.
Can I have some peepshi if I come?
I don't know - would you whine if you got here and it was snowing horizontally, like it was this morning? We couldn't sit out on the deck and talk kilts or fix irons.

I remember your deck well.
Here I was, some strange guy who calls you out of the blue, and says he is dropping by to talk. You wouldn't even let me in the house.

It is truly inspired, and I wish I was the one who thought of it in the first place!

Kilt Kamp is a go as far as I'm concerned.
Are you here yet?

Yay!
"Am I here yet"? What kind of a question is that? Is it a Canadianism that I didn't learn form my dad? Is it kind of like " Have you done et yet?"

I've heard of "peepshi" before... Just for giggles I showed it to my (Japanese) co-worker and he was HORRIFIED! LOL! But it doesn't take much to horrify the locals when you mess around with what they consider their traditional cuisine.
Once I made fusion "maki" rolls.... Instead of rice I used pizza dough, and rolled pizza fillings inside. Then instead of dipping it into soy sauce with wasabi, I had a nice Bolognese. They thought I had completely lost my gourd!
