Funny you should ask, CMcG! I've put some thought into this, and my answer is Highland Park. Even though I like to drink many whiskies, if I had to choose one and only one to drink for the rest of my life, this would be it. Lagavulin, Talisker, Laphroaig - the list of my favourites goes on, but the one whisky that seems to best fit my taste, most of the time, would be Highland Park.
