last minute casual wedding - kilted?

Personally, I think that is the perfect outfit for a "casual" wedding. If it were me in the same circumstances, I would probably wear something very similar. Perhaps no vest, but then again, I like the look of a vest with my kilt as well. Also, I might wear my plain black leather sporran--but then again, I might wear my fur too (which is similar to yours). But I would certainly dress down the sporran before loosing the vest and tie. If that makes sense...

Ok - if it pleases the Rabble - This will be the way I arrange myself tomorrow.

From first pic: White Shirt + Vest and stowing the tie as a "just in case" but otherwise planning on *not* wearing it.

From second pic: Black Watch kilt, leather "flap" day sporran, sporran strap, green hose + red flash

Not pictured: my black leather buckle loafers (my only dress shoe).


I might even take a picture tonight as I assemble it for the wife's approval (she will not be present, but yes, I will still need approval).
