Yes they do, but you can't order direct from them. Matthew Newsome and Henderson's have a good supply of their sporran, waistbelt, and sporran strap(s) line. They also have a facebook page.

I would not spend that much money on that particular sporran. I really like brass cantles, but that one isn't my cup-of-tea. I also think brown leather works much better with the brass. Anyway, to me it looks too much like the rest of the hunting sporrans and chrome cantles out there and that they simply put in brass what would otherwise be chrome. That is unfortunate to me as what so attracts me to the old style brass cantles is their originality--or perhaps their relative rarity?

Chas,
I don't know what having a UK perspective should have to do with it. A comparable sporran from Margaret Morrison in the UK is listed at 138 pounds, which is roughly $235, so right in line with what L&M is charging. And MM is of comparable quality to L&M.

Thank you for all your input. Just what I was looking for!
I'm looking now at this Black Hunting Sporran from Sport Kilts, same $210 price as the Brass Cantle one, looks to be L&M maker also.

There are two $40 hunting sporrans, w or w/o SILVER dress cantle that may meet my needs of occasional use, too.
Thanks again.

Well it doesn't appeal to me very much at all, and I think I'd rather a Ferguson Britt if I was going to be spending some cash like that. But buy what appeals to you, beauty is in the eye of the beholder after all. I would assume that the sporran will hold up at that cost, I can't speak to its carrying capacity either. Just consider the type of event you attend most often and choose something that will work best. Unless you're getting something for a specific level of formality.
