Our definition of a successful family photo is when none of the kids look overtly goofy. :-)

I can sympathize with you Matt. We have seven children, ranging in ages from 35 to 11. Group photos can be a real test of a photographer's skill, patience, and sanity.

Then when we add in the grandchildren, it's enough to make some want to run and...

As a mall Santa, I totally understand getting multiple kids looking in the same direction.
