Not yet. We still seem to be having an email issue. They can receive but not respond.

As I said before, I've had some personal situation changes that have eaten into what little free time I did have- and a recent death in the family.

Additionally, it's not quite as simple as them shipping one package (which would incur a rather hefty tariff. )

The plan is to break the order at Dalgliesh and have each individual who purchased yardage pay for their own shipping/VAT/duties/etc.

Also of issue is calculating EXACTLY what fees will be incurred in the various Paypals to me-to Dalgliesh or Paypal to me-to credit card to Dalgliesh. Factoring in the various foreign currency conversion fees, paypal fees, exchange rates for the week or so between "GO" and the actual order (since we'll need to allow a few days for everyone to get their ducks in a row)

Individually, 3% isn't a ton of cash per transaction, but with MULTIPLE payments compounded in come cases by additional fees, along with the possibility of a few tenths of a point in the exchange rate, it could easily add up to me taking a loss of $100US or more.

So I'm trying to find a way to get as close to 1=1 as possible, so the others on the order aren't overpaying me, but so I don't get stuck either.

    I've got quite a spreadsheet.

My goal is to be able to pull the trigger in the next 2-3 weeks.

Thank you all for your patience on this.

I've recently shot off another email to the mill, and will hopefully hear back by Monday or so, and then, if they can get me more thread samples to better match the design, and we've got an arrangement in place for breaking the bolt there and individual shipping, we're GOLD!

My mistake - I'd assumed given the previous postings that the delay was with the mill, and not in relation to your issues. I apologise.

The package I was referring to was the "ten strands of wool", not postage for the entire bolt of fabric.

Glad to hear progress is being made
For those who understand, no explanation is necessary; for those who don't, none is possible.
