South Rim Kilted
Was a beautiful day in Northern Arizona yesterday to took a jaunt over to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon.

Had all the best stuff. Tilley hat, Scottevest, custom buffalo sporran from Miss April's Carpetbags, Arizona tartan kilt woven
by Dalgliesh and hand sewn by Kathy Lare, Lewis kilt hose and traditional ties, and Z Coils. I had the most questions about the Z coils though...go figure.
Just after I got there a lady asked if I was a part of a group - apparently I just missed a group of kilted gents also visiting the South Rim.
Never did run across them though.

Met this young Belgian couple who wanted a pic to send a good friend in Scotland.

Did just a wee bit of experimental over the edge hiking.

And took a couple of pleat shots of the beautiful Arizona tartan. And that is the Colorado River on my right.

If you look carefully you'll see the Colorado River just left of me.
