Droid, look at the background file...the blue tartan that's the background for the forum. That's the X Marks the Scot tartan. Also, look at the picture at the top of the page. All you see is a blue tartan, knees and socks, eh? But the Tartan is the X Marks the Scot tartan.

Yours Truly in the X Marks the Scot tartan....of course I won't have a low whistle in my mouth, nor will I be dressed black tie, but you get the idea.

I have a gig Saturday, otherwise I'd be there then too.
I'll be in what's shown in my avatar more or less. Look for the goathair sporran with vintage Celtic bird top.
We've had weeks of cool overcast weather, perfect Highland Games weather. But it will probably be a Heat Wave on Memorial Day Weekend, it usually is.
By the way for those non-locals there's a place not far from the Fairgrounds called the Goat Hill Tavern which has an amazing number of esoteric beers, stouts, bitters, ales, etc on tap. Look it up. Not fancy but a must-see for beer fanciers.
Take a long carefull look...
BTW if you haven't tried an "eclipse" you might really like it! Make a Black&Tan but with Guinness and Blue Moon. It's fantastic.
O.o. That looks a little too familiar this morning. Guinness after martinis isn't the wisest choice. ;)

Ok, this picture made my mouth water and I have to admit, I cried a little.
