Only briefly, Matt. Only briefly.
I was unaware of the new Honour Roll until this evening and, as yet, do not fully understand how it works - or why I, of all people, should have been first to be honoured. I am struggling to find the correct place to extend my own thanks to Steve and his team for the honour bestowed. This is not the place (this is your thread), and I am feeling far too tired to search further tonight. I will be back tomorrow.
Take care,
Ham.

A fitting honour for Dr Newsome (yes, doctor, in case some of the gents and ladies have forgotten).
And, before anyone says it, a PhD in textiles (or any other discipline) is just as much a doctor as an MD.

Mike

Congratulations Dr. Newsome! A well deserved honour, as your contributions to this forum have been as longstanding as they are outstanding! Cheers!

Sorry to disappoint, but I do not hold a PhD in textiles nor any other discipline!
