The phone number on their website comes back to the Mabank, Texas area which is about 40 miles southeast of Dallas. Nowhere near UK. BTW, this one looks a bit more than odd too!

I'd suggest you put a LOT of faith in the opinion of our EXPERTS, Matt and Rocky.

Thanks every one for their advice, and i will not be purchasing a kilt from them. Not only because of your excellent advice but also because they were not able to get the tartan i was looking for, even though i wouldn't have gone with them any ways because all of your warnings. they are a new company and i feel that they may one day be a better company (they do have affordable prices and excellent customer service) but i will most likely choose one of the advertisers on here for my next kilt, sometime i like to try and help out the underdogs but not this time. thanks again every one! and i hope this thread helps others in the future as well.

For some reason, it looks like the piper was leaning against something, cut out, and pasted where he is. Definitely looks weird.. If whoever did that were decent at photoshop, they would have at least tried adding a bit of a shadow to the left. The lighting on the piper and the background are from totally different directions.

I think it's just taken from a low angle. Don't know why, because it makes it look a bit odd!

My 'Rule of Thumb' when dealing with traders on the internet is simple - if they don't give an address, I don't deal with them. They might be the best retailer in the world with the best products, but if they aren't upfront with basic information, then it is no-sale.

    Regards

    Chas
