Just throwing out a reminder that the BC Games are coming up next Saturday, June 25. If this weather keeps up it should be very comfortable. We could eventually meet at the beer garden, that is if any of you indulge in that sort of thing. Oh yeah, I'll be the guy in the kilt.

EDIT: The Academie Duello is taking the Main Stage at 11:00am and I expect to see an old friend there (he's the one in black.)

EDIT 2: Also in kilt, and it will be my Crawford, in case any others of that ilk are about.

I will be there also. Uhooo ... also in a kilt but to differentiate my self from xman, Dale-of-Cedars, and Big Mikey; I will be the one with a beer in my hand, that should resolve the identity crises.... so don't forget to say hello.

Clan Sinclair Canada will be having their AGM there this weekend.

Gentlemen, I regret that I won't be attending as planned. I got a last minute call to work and it's pretty hard to turn down time and a half. I hope the weather holds and everyone has a great time. Cheers aye.

My first games, and it had some very Scottish weather to go with it, rain and drizzle, off and on all morning, but the sun came out in the afternoon!

I'll be posting some pics and videos...

But here I am with my friend Devon of Academie Duello (I'm figuring out how to hold the claymore and he has the longsword.)

I didn't see any one else wearing Crawford, but one of vendors did a double-take and said he thought for a moment I was was wearing Red MacGregor. I replied that the Sobieski brothers weren't too imaginative, and we had a chuckle. (Viz. also the Red Fraser that Devon is wearing.)
