The scarf made it to the campus of the University of Arizona. Here are a few photos:

Derek, feel free to post them directly here in the thread, like before.
There may be another photo set from later tonight or tomorrow??? We'll see. Either way, the scarf will be off in the post on Tuesday (when the US Post Office re-opens) to its' next destination

It looks a tad dry down there! Great pictures.

Too bad the thought didn't occur to me earlier, but the Malad Valley Welsh Festival was last weekend. Somebody who lives in southern Idaho, northern Utah, or western Wyoming could have taken it there.

In about a half hour, I'll be heading to the US Post Office, to get the scarf off to the next top secret destination...
A hint: It will be remaining in The USA, traveling North to a town near the world's largest man-made excavation. I think there is a Scottish Festival there this weekend, so there should be some good pictures coming.

How coincidental! The scarf's homeland has some excavations that were used for the same thing that this big one is famous for. Hmmmm............

Hi Derek!
I have not been around these parts much in recent months and so have missed this thread, with all the wonderful location shots, until now. When your scarf eventually returns to the UK, don't forget Storrington! I've not used my camera for a rather long time (no new kilts for almost a year now!!) and I'm sure it's raring to go once more!
Love to you both (also Dot and Arwyn, of course!).
Take care,
Ham.
