See what happens when you wear troosers to a kilt night folks? Let this be a lesson to you.

Sorry to be so late posting. I just got back from Salisbury( Dad was great). I had a blast and can't wait till we do it again. Next saturday is off for me, I'll be in Conyers GA. for the Burns Supper. Maybe the next weekend. I will get my pics up as soon as I download the. It was a pleasure meeting Dreadbelly, and Katmills, and it was pleasure to meet up with the rest of you again.

I'm sorry to post late, too, gang! I left early Saturday morning and forgot to take my computer! Nobody ever said I was smart!
Great pics and a great evening! Thanks for the laughs and the fun! Y'know, though, I don't really like these trooser things very well - I don't like dressing like a woman at all.
Sorry I didn't make Jack's last night, Bill - didn't roll in till about 10:30.

It may sound corny, but meeting you folks didn't feel like meeting friends. More like a family gathering.
Then again, what do I know with my dysfunctional family that I don't really have.
Sort of almost felt like I belonged some place there for a few shining moments. I'd like to feel that again.

My thoughts too. I really enjoy viewing your photos from all over the world and I get pleasure when you respond to viewing mine. Maybe its because my wife and I are only children and don't have any surviving close relatives; maybe its because we post pics of one another rather than hiding behind our usernames; maybe its thanks to this forum's no flaming policies; whatever it is makes xmarkers seem like family and friends in a way that other forums are more impersonal.

You guys are right - it is a bond that is much deeper than one would normally find on a web forum.
Okay, now just to prove that I don't always dress like a woman:

Nice pics, Barclay, thanks for the link. That looks a nice leafy suburb in your first photo.
