    Along the lines of the way Cawdorian is wearing the patch on his in this picture. I've also a tweed argyll I think it could work with as well. I just don't wear Glengarry or Balmoral or even beret style headgear. It's flat caps only for me.

    It is possible that a metal badge weighing almost 4 oz. will be too heavy for the pocket of a jacket.
    What you see in the picture is an embroidered patch. Perhaps one of our X Marks Clan Crest Embroidered Patches would be better for this type of application.

    Well, this was really the first I'd ever noticed it done and thought it was kind of neat. As mentioned, I don't wear the type of headgear one would place this one, so I'm trying to decide what to do with it. I also don't wear a kilt pin often, if ever really.
