I am so happy to hear that Hamish is doing well! The home sounds like the perfect place to recover - sea, gardens, good food - fantastic! It's great to hear that Hamish is back in a kilt; that's a good sign. Thanks, Jim, for all your updates to us.

Oh, my goodness! I've been traveling so much lately that I completely missed this thread until tonight! If I'd seen it earlier, I would have wished you all the best with the surgery, Hamish, but it sounds as if you've come through it with flying colors. Can't wait to see you back in your Kilt Kollection!
