Casually attired today with grey jumper and brown accessories. By 6pm it will be entirely formal, the transformation a bit 1-kilt-10-looks-esque.

    What is a Jumper?

What we in 'Merica call a pullover sweater, is called a jumper in the UK and Commonwealth. In this picture, I am wearing a green jumper and brown accessories. =>

I’ve entered in to another season of what kilt to wear. The past Holiday season favored the Robertson Red, Burns events favored my XMTS and Malcolm and now my Irish season, my Ulster and St. Patrick. Today, I have on the Ulster. I do have another Irish tartan the St. Columba but the past festivities prevent wearing it to a leaner time.

    Any one else kilted, today?

Aye, a bit of a change from ususal, my Muted Anderson, allowed for special occasions. Meal out with the family to celebrate my birthday from the day before. There are photos but the kilt is hidden in all of them.
If you are going to do it, do it in a kilt!

Yes, for a trip to USA Kilts, I took a friend to be measured for his first Kilt. Wonderful service as usual. Lucas is a great guy. Francisco will be joining X very soon. A pic of me after we dropped the car off at the garage.

I was. I went to RAF Menwith Hill in Yorkshire to measure a guy for a kilt. It will be Black Watch pleated to the black stripe on the green.

    Kilt Up

I have been wearing a kilt of Friday since the winter of 2011 (the only exception being if I have a long day in meetings, not good for the pleats or my backside). To support that I started a facebook page to encourage wearing of The Kilt. https://www.facebook.com/CrossingTartan/
