Has anything been finalized yet, as far as new tartans from SWK?

Selfishly I would nominate the Fraiser or Fraiser Hunting but if I had my choice of an "universal" tartan I would like the Welsh National (still being a bit selfish ).

Over a year later and 18 pages of posts, with new ones still appearing, I can't help but wonder what Jerry thinks of all this. How much of this thread has he read? Does he take notes? Or does his sit there mirthfully, amused by all our wishful thinking...

I recently emailed Jerry about getting additional tartans in the heavyweight lineup. Specifically because the Weathered Lamont is gone, yet it keeps going into pics on the site as if it's still available (which makes me a bit bonkers...) he told me he has trouble finding reasonable quality fabric at this pricepoint, so not likely to happen in that lineup anytime soon. chris

Random thought, Dress Stewart or something with white in it.

So this is an old thread, but as the owner of three SWKs, I would love to see a Thrifty Kilt or even a Standard in Lamont or MacGregor, the two clans I have the closest connections with.

Ya know, if a certain kilt importer would import a boatload of American National tartans right around the 1st of May, about eight weeks out from a certain July holiday, he'd probably sell a boatload of kilts. At least one, anyway. To me. So I got that goin' for me. Which is nice.
Why, a child of five could understand this. Quick -- someone fetch me a child of five!
