    I haven't been with my family yet while kilted...though I don't think I'll get "objections" per se. When I sent my wife the series of pics my office mates and I took two days ago yesterday...she felt the need to post them on facebook (my Avatar is one of the pics in question). Many others have made wisecracks since then about the "man purses" and the kilts looking more like a skirt...narrow minded bafoons....the lot of them!

    My brother will not be seen with me if I am kilted. He just thinks it is too feminine! My wife and her family actually love the kilt. In fact I have got both my nephews (her sister's sons) kilted and they love it. Both wear them any chance they get. In fact one has become a member of XMarks. I don't even try to convince my brother that the kilt is part of our ancestry, he just won't hear it. His loss!
