Glad to hear that!
It really wasn't that difficult either, once I figured out how to use the sewing machine. The materials were dirt cheap (12 yds of grossgrain at Jo-Anns for $2.99!) and I just couldn't see spending upwards of $20.00 or more for the flashes from a kilt store. I don't think I would sell my wares until I "perfected" my seams. It's ok for me, but others may think it's sloppy. Practice, practice, practice. Oh...and the sewing machine is borrowed, so I'm limited in that respect, too.

I'll be doing mine by hand, no machine available. I'll put pictures up as soon as I get them finished.
I have a question, is the other end of the ribbon folded over so it is shorter than the other? Is it hidden behind the longer length, or is it sewn to it to double the thickness at the notch?
I have tried to look at several pictures, but can't seem to tell which method is used?
