Does SoCal ever meet?

My girl and I are planning on going to Gallaghers in Huntington Beach tomorrow (Saturday 5-1) night. American Wake is playing, they are set to go on at 9:00 PM (they never seem to start on time though).

Gallaghers is on Main street, near the Pier in HB. The bar is right across from the big parking garage and I think the cover is $10.00.

Actually, it's five dollars a peice, but last Saturday my wife and I showed up early (about 8:45) and the cover was three dollars ...and your right, the band wasn't even set up yet; they didn't start playing 'til around 10:00 (and that was minus the fiddle player, who showed up half-way through the first set). Once they got going though, they ROCKED!!!

Make sure to save room in your gut for the Guinness shooters during "Oh My Guinness", a whole pint, all at once.

I wish I could make it but I've got family obligations tonight.
