I'm guessing that the neo-kilt means you're from the Washington out here on the West Coast (although, things are more bi-partisan over here). Good to see another Washingtonian here,

and if you're in Olympia (like neo-kilts) , swing into the Fish Brewing company and try a pint of the barley wine they put out in October, it'll put a smile on your face.
