Got a pair of ski socks that I found at a thrift store. They're a teal green with a snowflake pattern at the bottom of the calf. They're long enough to have a turndown at the top and look pretty good with flashes, when combined with a traditional kilt worn in a casual environment. They're also fairly warm. Maybe not as warm as traditional kilt hose, but close. Think I paid $0.99 plus tax for them.
