    Back on track, I have found that with the SK hose if they aren't pulled and stretched quite as much they don't thin out badly at all. I'm somewhere between 6'1" and 6"6" depending on which conveniance store door I'm standing by and they are long enough for me to pull them just over the curve of my calf. Once there I have enough to make one 2.5-3 inch roll, any more than that and I start getting the thin look also.

    Like someone already said, it's not really noticable from normal viewing distance.

    And just to add another note (now that I have clarified how high up I wear them!), they did fine for my first office kilting, but for the office I found the foot part, which is thicker than the tube section that covers the calf, to be too thick. My feet were too warm and sweating all day.
