You have to give credit to Scottishkilts for sending you the substitute kilt while the shipping gets straightened out, although they probably should have dropped you a note to say that was their plan.
I hope the shipping gets figured out soon!

Regardless of the outcome you look great! But when the correct one arrives, oh the tales it will tell.

Looks great!! Scottish accents give me a hard time as well and I am a native English speaker. Good luck getting your well travelled kilt.

I think it looks great, maybe you got two kilts for the price of one.

I called the ScottishKilts.net and they said that they have not yet got my REAL back kilt from UPS so they sent me a substitute kilt so I would have something to wear. My MacLean is still continuing the Tour d'Europa. Absurd, just absurd... Well, let's keep jonesing... :P
Ah, but does that mean that you will have two beautiful looking traditionals for the price of one? Having dealt with the customer service at scottishkilts.net I am sure they will make it up to you. A free kilt sure sounds good to me.
Either way, your new kilt looks great, and hopefully the one you ordered arrives soon.

I was wondering that, too. Is it a loaner, or do you get two kilts out of the deal?
If it's the latter, you made out like a bandit.

Yes it's a loaner but they promised me a good discount if I want to buy the kilt. They offered to sell me the Gordon loaner costing originally £210 = €305 = $370 for £100 = €145 = $175 as a compensation. I think the discount is good enough to be taken seriously. I will mail them I'll take it. Gordon is a very beautiful tartan. And now I will really be kilted with 2 brand new trads!
