    That is a great looking tartan. The colors are awesome, and the fact that you designed it yourself to celebrate your heritage is going to make wearing any item made in this tartan very special indeed.

    KCW, Thanks for that!

    FYI, because Matt Newsome played such an integral part in getting the job done, I felt it only right that he be the one to make the very first Fitzsimmons tartan kilt: He's making it from what I had left of the sample run woven by DC Dalgliesh; 5 yards, knife-pleated, and pleated to stripe (it will also have three belt loops in the rear, as per my request).

    I'm expecting the kilt before St. Pat's, so be sure that there will be photos the second I finish unwrapping the kilt!
