Grandfather is really tempting me this year too. I just dread the drive in for the last few miles, as it's supposed to be a nightmare, and I don't handle sitting in traffic very well.
We'll see. I'll probably wind up deciding to go at the last second.
So far I've met Heathbar, KCW and MacWage, although MacWage was long before this forum even existed.

Not met any other members of this forum yet but hoping to put that right in the not too distant future. David Dalgleish and Pour1Malt both live just an hour's drive away. Hoping to meet up with Hamish if/when I'm in Sussex next week.

Let's see ... RKilt and Mrs. MacHummel (Pete was busy with a customer) at Fort Erie; PossingK, Hosehead, and Ugly Bear at the Buffalo Kilt Night; and Mexipiper at Edinboro.
Hopefully I'll meet more of you at the Hamilton Highland Games in a couple of weeks. After that, there's Fergus, Amherst, Fort Erie, and anything else fairly close-by on my odd weekends off.

Unfortunately, none yet. This is a bit silly since there are now so many of us in the greater DC area. I hope to remedy this situation at the Potomac Celtic Festival in two weeks. Looking like now we won't be in Toronto that weekend so I guess I need to bump that thread and hope for good weather.

Well I've had the pleasure to meet G-Man and Livingston on a trip to Denver, and host Livingston when he came to Houston.(Hey Ron,the girls at O'Neill's say hi!) I've also met up with local Xmarksers Aggie, Kid Cossack and James 72. I saw Phat Piper, who plays with the Glengarry Bhoys, after their set at the Houston highland games, but I didn't know he was an X Marks'er at the time! Plus I was too busy trying chat up Miranda

I'll have to get back down there again. That was a great afternoon.
Hope to meet up with many more members at the Highlands Ranch, CO and Estes Park, CO games on 8/5-6 & 9/8-10 this year.
