Hole in one!!!...uhm...almost

It was a short (100 yards) par 3 hole, played it with a 54 degrees sand wedge (Titleist Vokey "Oilcan" sand wedge.

A 100-yard chip shot with a sand wedge?! It doesn't get much easier than that, Robin. You could've scared that one in the hole with a flip o'yer pleats.

Isle of Skye has to be one of my all time favorite tartans and both pleating options are beautiful.

Oh...and when you play golf kilted...best wear something underneath...the pleats (not only the pleats) swing like crazy when you do a full swing

I use bicycle shorts for this purpose.

No problem...just leave your sporran and don't wear a heavy kiltpin...best no kiltpin...when it's windy a heavy kilt.

Only problem...when you hit a ball nobody is tracing the ball...they all look at your butt

I have to confess I have never seen any point in golf - but I certainly see the point in having that kilt to wear. It is absolutely gorgeous, and the Isle of Skye tartan is high on my wish list.
