Awesome! I dream of 16 oz. worsted wool, nightly. I don't have anything in 16 oz. at this point. I dig that driver cap too! I'm eagerly anticipating my Irish Tweed Driver cap. It should be here tomorrow or Monday at the latest. I wear a solid coloured driver most every day. Where did you get that one? I've seen a couple of sites that offer tartan drivers, but haven't seen any one recommended.

Panache - The last word in sartorial splendor! That Ren-shirt looks great for the dance venue.

Yes I'd say it was very appropriate. I have certainly seen several dancers with similar styles at dances here in the UK.

I did wonder about the shirt sleeves. I get very hot doing SCD and, if I can, I wear short sleeves. I had another look at the splendid photo and realised that those sleeves are very loose. Probably very airy and comfortable. I think they'll do just fine.

    Have a great time.

    To the Kilted Rabble-

I had the pleasure of seeing this kilt up-close today at the Loch Lomond games.

I have to say that pictures do not do it justice. You need to see this one up close to appreciate the look and workmanship.

That is one awesome Kilt, Panache!
