This is what the map looks like right now. I have taken the liberty to add some names of those that will no doubt be interested.

Yeah! Anyone got anything? Bar openings, weddings, bat mitzvahs?

Why would you buy a kilt anywhere else and let's get together in Hamilton...
After years of borrowing, renting and going without, I bought my first kilt from MacHummel @ Canadian Casual Kilts...a fine product at a reasonable rate with a fine "habberdasher" to serve you! My fine BLack Stewart made its appearance today to fine reviews and great pleasure to me!
On the note of gathering...I'd be glad to host an evening of repas and drinks at the Scottish Rite Club in Hamilton for those willing to come! Let me know.

Well, there is the usual First Saturday of the month kilt night at the Moonshine Cafe. (Now moved to the Queens Head) That would be Feb 3. Perhaps moving that around would be the thing to do? Maybe we should do Stratford next.
Cheers,
Rick

Burlington does seem to be the centre of the universe... (at least that's what my friends from those parts have always maintained!) Very nice map!
There is an opening coming up here in Dunnville, the Sleekit Badger Public House. I'm going to find out when that is, and pass the word on if they are willing to sponsor us or something.
BTW: I am going to get a 'Grant for SOKS President' bumper sticker (or at least write it in the dust on the back window of my truck).
"Durum Patientia Frango" (By patience I break what is hard) Clan Muir Muir motto
"Do well, and let them say - Gordon!"

SOKS does not need a leader as long as you do exactly as I tell you, at least that's what I tell my crew. They push me overboard a lot. Nah, no president, just when one hears something they shine the SOKS logo and we attend. The opening in Dunnville sounds like a chance to get Wompet up from NY. Sounds cool.

I read about a homebrew club where, all members were Vice Presidents, maybee it would work here. You get a title and equality.

Met with MacHummel at our last kilt night and confirmed an order for my new 5 yd Maple Leaf. A get-together in Hamilton would be fine. We are currently looking at an upcoming kilt night in Oakville on February 3rd. Your always welcome to attend and we could hash out details for a night in Hamilton. Congrats on you new Black Stewart, I do like that tartan.
