Thats great BCH
I wear a kilt to work about 3 times a week, my boss even told me if I want overtime I should wear it more often. So far I have one convert at work I wore a kilt on monday, by tuesday there were two kilties in the office.

While, I used to wear a kilt (usually a UK) to work, it was always brought up after I was hired for a gig (I work freelance). Then about 8 months ago, I decided to revamp my website, and I'm now the kilted camera man. Prospective clients know all about my kilt before they ever contact me. While I'm still not as busy as I'l like to be, I worked more in the last 6 months that in the previous 18. Power of the kilt.

from the Scottish Borders. I started wearing a kilt to work in a public office (where I was the manager) four years ago when a leg injury kept me out of trousers for a few weeks. It was so well received that I continued to wear it once or twice a week after my leg healed. Later I took early retiral and became self employed and there are very few occasions when trousers will be more appropriate for conducting the client's business, so I now wear kilts most days.

I wear mine to work often enough. I just haven't bothered in the past couple weeks. Why? I dunno. Well...part of it was just being lazy, as I had a few items to clean, and just kept putting it off.
Being able to wear a kilt at work is a very good thing.

Just a quick reply to the guy who wore his kilt to work for the first time. Congrats! I work for a school of fashion design, in administration, and wear a kilt whenever I can. Living and working in Boston, Ma. has it's drawbacks, because this city is pretty conservative most of the time. I do have to say that I've experienced very little negative comments, but, I have gotten some. No problem! I don't care what people say or think. As long as I'm comfortable with it, that's all that matters! A lot of friends have started wearing kilts as well, so I guess that's also a good thing. I find the kilt to be the most comfortable garment there is! Wear your kilt in good health, and free spirit!
