Trojanrabbit, I use Paypal for the invoicing, but there are instructions on the invoice to pay in any manner you would like, cash, check, money order, or yak's milk as long as the exchange rate is stable! (Note, this is a joke, I realize humor sometimes does not translate well). If you want a pin, send me an email as described, then you can decide on how to pay.
