If ever a kilt and a man were meant for each other, that is it. It looks really good on you sir!
"A veteran, whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve, is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life." That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it." anon

ARRRRRRRGH!
I've had good luck softening up my UK Workman's with six repeat cold water runs through the washing machine. Can you do that with hemp too? Are hemp and Downy compatable?
Really like the looks of that ranger belt too.

The only way I know of to soften hemp is to beat the unholy hell out of it and wear it down the hard way.
Must be careful what you wash hemp in. Strip the oil out, and the fabric dries up and bad things happen. I don't know what Downy would do, I can't use the stuff because it causes horrible rashes and hives with my skin.

Sweet looking kilt, Dread. You've got me seriously looking at hemp products.
