That looks really nice.
I like the rattlesnake idea too. The heads for tassels would be cool. Or maybe a couple of heads with a rattle in the middle. Or the other way around might be cool too

That is a very attractive sporran. Really like the brown and the natural gator pattern. It's a great idea and the perfect leather for a dragon sporran. Awesome.
