If you could figure a way to use the purple for a thistle, you could do a black sporran with the purple as the sides and trip, along with the purple thistle.

Now that's a fine idea. If I could find a nice thistle applique or pin for the flap! I'd do a green flap with the edge trimmed in purple. hmmmm.

I don't think so. There'd have to be a particuarly decent amount of purple in the kilt itself, but I think using the purple for a gusset would look fine.

You get all of that from the supplier you've linked me to in another thread, before? What's the average damage on your wallet for that kind of a supply?
