If you're having problems seeing the images, it's on your end of the pipe. Sorry. I block hotlinking from my site, but I obviosuly have X Marks white-listed. And I find it hard to believe anyone is behind a firewall as tight as my own.

George, I never felt closed in, but an arthritic knee was screaming at me all the way up those steps. It was early September, but it was a chilly day and the wind was blowing hard, so it was c-o-l-d.

    Another great photo series Mike.

Ok this is a dumb question, but that is Wallace's actual sword right? Or is it one similar to one he would have wielded?

    Cheers

They didn't load for me the first few times, but this time they did. Seems some pictures come in quite slowly.

    DALE.

Panache, I have to question its authenticity. I'm afraid that it's a bit of a stretch for me to accept this was Wallace's sword.

On the other hand, there were some seriously upset Scots when the sword was put on display in New York.

Whether that is a show of the sword's authenticity, or a show of respect for an iconic symbol is up to the individual, I suppose.

Excellent, thanks for sharing. That truely does look like an impressive building. I can't wait to see it for myself.

As for the sword, I understand that the blade is the real thing, but the hilt and cross-bar have been replaced. The whole thing could still be a fake, but who knows.

I have specifically added Xmarks to my firewall trusted zones Mike and still no joy.

It doesn't say anything is being blocked it simply doesn't even show the pics are supposed to be there in the first place.

Are you using photobucket to host?
