The purple hose look outstanding with the Isle of Skye tartan. Another great example of coordinating colors - shirt, kilt, hose.

Ron, you've done it again! Another super combo out there in the desert.

The combo looks great! The hose really bring out the purple in the tartan. Very nice effect!! Isle of Skye is definately on my list and now I know what hose to get to go with it.

I guess I shall as well.... When I ordered my IOS from Matt as a box pleat, I also placed an order for the purple lewis hose at the same time.... Hmmm, I wonder if this makes it a movement? (Obscure reference to Arlo Guthrie)
"A veteran, whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve, is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life." That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it." anon

Jeez, Pour1,
Somehow I missed that...
If'n I woulda knowed it worked I wouldn't have deliberated and delayed so long before I finally risked ordering them up....or wearing them....didn't realize you had an Isle of Skye, let alone the purple hose....
A fine tribute to the Isle of my ancestors, thank you sir.

Ron,
I just wanted to compliment you and say that those hose do indeed look smashing with Isle of Skye!

What a spot-on color. Thanks and where did you purchase them?
