Nay blue, khaki as mentioned, anything subdued. Pink with an alligator on the pocket should be avoided at all costs

Rugby shirts of any sort go well with a kilt. In the USA, Barbarian wear makes all sorts of rugby shirts with a wide scheme of colors and the prices are not horrendous.

Barbarian also makes great, inexpensive rugby socks. They make really good kilt hose.

I have a very nice Oregon Rugby shirt by Barbarian. Has been through a lot of rugby games back here in Scotland and is in great condition.

Dread is Right Khaki looks great with the black watch .
It can have a bit of a military look. But that is one of the reasons i like it...
